In 2018, Richard MacPherson initiated and concluded a strategic licensing partnership with Cabot Corporation’s European division, which involves the exportation of ME2C’s patented, U.S.A.-developed SEA® mercury emissions capture technologies across Europe.

MacPherson is actively pursuing similar licensing partnerships in other regions around the world. Richard MacPherson is an active member of the International Clean Air Committee (ICAC), Southern States Energy Board (SSEB), PRB Coal Users Group, and Edison Electric Institute (EEI).
