Alan Hixon, Chief Executive Officer and founder at nDivision, has almost 40 years of industry experience and has served as the CEO for three separate IT companies. In the UK, Mr. Hixon was the CEO and founder of an IT services company which grew from startup to $80m/year and 500 employees, in five years.
After successfully selling five operating companies, he went on to execute a number of company turnarounds. Following a move to the U.S., in 2011, he saw an opportunity to launch nDivision and create a new kind of Managed Services Provider which leverages Intelligent Automation, AI and Cognitive Agent technologies to reduce the need for human resources by replacing them with ‘digital labor. The net result are dramatically improved service levels and significantly lower costs. Mr. Hixon is a thought leader whose mission is to disrupt the Managed Services industry.
At nDivision, he is responsible for the corporate vision, day-to-day leadership and strategic alliances. Mr. Hixon is also highly engaged in sales & marketing, finance and investor relations.

Lane Sorgen, Chief Revenue Officer at nDivision, was the former Vice President of Microsoft’s Walmart Partnership and Vice President of Microsoft’s South Central.
Prior to this Mr. Sorgen held other sales leadership roles at Microsoft including Vice President of the Small & Medium Business segment, and multiple General Manager roles. Mr. Sorgen started his career as a software developer working for multiple companies before being promoted to Project Manager at The Promus Companies where he led the largest Microsoft commercial development project in the world. This led him to join Microsoft in the technical ranks; first serving as a Product Manager in Developer tools, followed by Managing Consulting Services for Microsoft’s Great Lakes geography. Mr. Sorgen was responsible for $18bn of new revenues during his sales career at Microsoft, of which $2.4bn was during his last year as the Vice President of the South Central enterprise customer region. Mr. Sorgen also led the team that won three largest Azure Cloud contracts in Microsoft’s history at the time.
