Tim Regan is Managing Director and Head of Business Development of Water Tower Research. He has spent most of his career focused on developing strong institutional relationships in the North American capital markets and used his corporate advisory expertise to expand issuer relationships for the firms he has worked with over the last 10+ years.

Tim worked the past few years at KCSA Strategic Communications in the Investor Relations practice where he was an SVP on the Capital Markets desk and led efforts to expand the firm’s business model into new emerging growth sectors such as psychedelics and cannabis. He worked on the Capital Markets desk at HFP Capital, Maxim Group, and ThinkEquity, and at Oppenheimer & Co., he was an RIA and Institutional salesperson. He has worked with numerous management teams in the US, Canada, Latin America, the EU, Middle East, Australia, and Asia. With a generalist view on emerging growth small and mid-cap companies, he has experience across various sectors, including TMT, SaaS, Industrials, Energy, CleanTech, Healthcare, Biotech, Consumer, and Financial Services. Tim holds a BA degree in Environmental Studies and Economics from Hobart College. He has also held the series 7, 63, and 65 FINRA licenses.
