Jacqueline is a Partner at Highlands Venture Partners leading investments in cannabis and technology. She launched the East Coast arm of ELLO Capital, a cannabis focused investment bank and since 2018, has invested in and advised dozens of cannabis companies, with a commitment to supporting women and minority led operations.

Jacqueline previously worked at JP Morgan’s investment bank and held positions at Credit Suisse and Babcock & Brown. She spent three years leading strategy and finance at Viator, a VC backed tech travel company, acquired by TripAdvisor. Jacqueline sits on the Board of Advisors at VITAL and NOVRA Capital and is a Council member at NationSwell.

Jacqueline earned her MBA from New York University and London Business School and her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, where she graduated with Distinction.
