Gerard M. Jacobs, JD is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of LFTD Partners Inc. Mr. Jacobs has extensive experience quarterbacking publicly traded corporate consolidations. From 1995-1999, Mr. Jacobs founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Metal Management Inc. (NASDAQ: MTLM), which is now part of Sims Metal Management Ltd. (ASX: SGM). Mr. Jacobs closed 37 acquisitions and built the company into the largest scrap metal recycler in North America with almost $900 million in annual revenue, and increased the company’s stock price from $1.75 to over $30 per share. From 2001-2006, Mr. Jacobs founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Think Partnership Inc. (AMEX: THK). Mr. Jacobs closed 15 acquisitions of internet marketing and advertising companies with almost $90 million in annual revenue, and increased the company’s stock price from $0.15 to over $6 per share. Mr. Jacobs has also served as the Lead Outside Director for Crown Group, which is now known as America’s Car-Mart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRMT), and for Patient Home Monitoring Corp., which is now known as Protech Home Medical Corp. (TSXV: PTQ). Mr. Jacobs graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, which he attended as a Weymouth Kirkland Law Scholar, and from Harvard, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
