Kathy Park is a Partner at Andra Capital, a San Francisco-based growth- and late-stage technology investment firm, where she is Head of Business Development and member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Andra, she was Head of Business Development at Pagaya Investments LLC, an A.I. and data science financial technology company, where she was responsible for strategic investor partnerships for the firm and developing strategy and content for the Client Advisory business. She was previously a Managing Director at Grafine Partners, an alternative investment firm. Prior to joining Grafine in 2020, Kathy was with Goldman Sachs for 18 years, where she was a Managing Director and launched and led the US fund and private capital raising businesses in the Investment Banking and Securities Divisions. She has extensive experience advising alternative investment managers and working with investing clients – from early- stage to complex global institutions – across a broad range of public and private equity, debt and structured capital markets offerings. Kathy served as a business leader across a broad range of business units, including as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Securities Division, head of Corporate Access in the Americas, US head of Alternative Capital Raising, senior member of the Hedge Fund Industry Group and capital markets banker covering the Financial Services sector. Kathy was previously a strategy consultant with Bain & Company and brand manager at L’Oreal. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corporation as an Independent Director and on the Board of Malaria No More. She was previously a Board Member and Governance Committee Chair of Susan G. Komen of Greater New York. Kathy is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Business School and Thomas Jefferson H.S. for Science and Technology. She resides in New York City with her husband and two children.
