Jeff Myers joined eToro in 2022 through the acquisition of Gatsby, the neo-brokerage he co-founded in 2018. Gatsby is an options-focused trading app designed to make options approachable to retail traders.

Jeff founded Gatsby on the hypothesis that traders of both cryptocurrencies and options share traits and trading strategies, and that options are a powerful and underutilized tool for this type of trader. The company raised $15M from investors in seed and Series A funding.

Prior to Gatsby, Jeff co-founded an enterprise document-sharing platform called Dealtable.com, which was later acquired. Prior to running his own businesses, Jeff worked as a product director for the innovation division at CNBC and NBCUniversal, and in a similar role for Nickelodeon’s app development team.

Jeff lives in Brooklyn with his wife, and has a passion for trading technologies and using smart design to improve accessibility to important financial instruments.
