Billy Adams is a Director at Marlin & Associates, a New York-based investment banking firm providing strategic and financial advisory to worldwide buyers and sellers of middle-market B2B Financial Technology, Data and Analytics companies. 

Prior to joining Marlin, Billy advised on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises and divestitures at Stout Risius Ross Advisors within their Industrials Group. Prior to Stout, Billy worked at ValStone Partners, a distressed real estate private equity investing firm.

Billy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University’s Broad School of Business. He currently serves on the advisory board of Life Service Youth Foundation, a non-profit youth organization.

In his spare time, Billy is an avid tennis player and enjoys traveling and fishing.
