Mr. Kalcevich has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic consulting. Previously a partner of BG Partners Corp. in Toronto, Canada, he was responsible for planning, structuring and monitoring corporate finance transactions for his firm’s cannabis investments. Mr. Kalcevich was previously a Director of Investment Banking with CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer in Toronto and New York. During the period of 2005-2012, he completed over 20 transactions representing over $4 billion in aggregate value.
