Happi founder Joe Reynolds has built and scaled multiple well-known consumer brands. Joe created and led Warrior Dash, a 5k obstacle course race, to a $40 million revenue business with over one million customers that operated in over 30 states and eight countries.

More recently, Joe created and led Firefly Music Festival into the largest music festival on America’s east coast before exiting with a valuation exceeding $50 million.

He was honored with numerous awards along the way. Among those: Forbes’ America’s Most Promising CEOs Under 35 list, Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Regional Winner, and Chicago Crain’s 40 Under 40.

Under Joe’s leadership his company won the United States Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award, was named Inc. magazine’s 9th fastest growing company in America, had several appearances on Chicago’s top workplace lists, and raised over $16 million for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
