Gary Santo has almost 25 years of experience leading lean, high-performance teams responsible for raising over $25BN in debt and equity financings across consumer, finance, gaming, higher education and specialty-pharma sectors. Mr. Santo currently serves as the vice president of investor relations for Columbia Care Inc., one of the largest companies in the global cannabis industry. At Columbia Care, Mr. Santo develops and implements global investor relations strategies, collaborates with senior leaders to design capital structures aligned to strategic business objectives, and oversees disclosure policy and corporate communications. Prior to Columbia Care, he served as the head of capital markets, investor relations and corporate communications at Lantheus Medical Imaging where in addition to his investor relations duties, Mr. Santo lead initiatives to improve the Company’s capital structure and overall cost of debt. Prior to Lantheus, Mr. Santo served as senior director, treasury and head of corporate finance at International Game Technology (IGT). While at IGT, he led initiatives to improve liquidity across the Company’s 200+ subsidiaries and directed all capital market activities. Mr. Santo has also held senior
leadership roles as the head of capital markets, investor relations, bank funding and operations at The First Marblehead Corporation and as managing director of the structured finance group at Fitch Ratings. Mr. Santo received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Boston University. He also received an AIB Bank Financial Management Diploma from the American Bankers Association.
