Tanya entered the cannabis industry working as an Event coordinator for Women Grow in 2016. Women Grow is a national organization encouraging and supporting women to build and “grow” in the Cannabis industry where she is now the Director of Community and Digital Production.

In 2017, she founded The CannaDiva, LLC, a brand committed to supporting the intersectionality of women in the cannabis space. The CannaDiva hosts events, has a virtual community and shines a spotlight on women and advocates in the space doing amazing things.

A passion for women focused initiatives, DEI, and education has led Tanya to the Cannabis industry which is positioned for exponential growth. Her goal is to educate, connect and support women leaders in this industry.

Tanya sits on the board for the NYS Cannabis Workforce Initiatve, CUNY’s Cannabis Advisory and The NYC Cannabis Parade.
