Sarah-Marie Cole, Regional Vice President, Marketing

Sarah-Marie began her career in advertising and marketing at a little radio station in New Hampshire as a promotions assistant, quickly finding a niche as a creative full of big ideas. A manager nick-named her Ca-Ching since most of her ideas were “too big” for radio. She then moved to the agency world and joined Gigunda Group where her creative contributions had no limits and can still be seen in award-winning experiential campaigns for Procter and Gamble. She spent the next few years at Lindt Chocolate and MegaFood, eventually landing at Stonyfield Organic where she was instrumental in building the award-winning marketing initiative StonyFIELD’S Play Free, which converted public parks and sports fields away from the use of conventional pesticides.

Today, at Curaleaf, she leads marketing with a focus on building a “one brand” mentality that can be woven between each state’s operational and regulatory differences. She uses her creative powers for industry marketing problem solving, storytelling, and building consumer trust while breaking stigma.
