Pankaj has extensive experience in consumer packaged goods starting his career with  Procter & Gamble. He has held several heads of marketing, General Manager and President roles with CPG corporations including Bimbo Bakeries USA and Goodman Fielder. Pankaj is currently Chief Executive Officer at Copperstate Farms, a vertically-integrated Arizona cannabis company.
