Leah Bailey is a general management and marketing executive with 30+ years driving revenues and profitability in cannabis and consumer products. She is the CEO of Blounts&Moore Illinois, a social equity organization which has six dispensary and two craft grow licenses. Leah is the former CEO of Fluresh, a vertically integrated cannabis company where she built operations from a startup to one of the top cannabis businesses in Michigan. This includes standing up two significant cultivation operations before joining Australis, a publicly traded multistate operator as Chief Business Development Officer. Leah previously held executive roles in global and domestic consumer goods companies, most recently as the President of the Global Beauty division for Helen of Troy, overseeing P&L, product strategies and operations. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
