Julia Loni Turner is the founder and CEO of NEKKTAR, a company building modern storage for modern medicine. After suffering multiple concussions and becoming a medical marijuana patient, she quickly realized the potential of cannabis as a natural alternative to traditional pain management methods and began exploring the industry. Julia started her company while studying Public Policy at Duke University.
With a passion for learning, Julia has always invested in herself. Her dedication to self-improvement has paid off, as she has worked with industry leaders such as Green Thumb Industries and Cann Social Tonics, and currently serves as the Operations Manager at Chill Steel Pipes.
At the upcoming Benzinga cannabis event, Julia will be featured on a panel discussing investing in women in the cannabis industry.
