Hadas Cohen Dewey is the Chief Operating Officer of Powder Nation which holds the cannabis license for the consumer brand It’s All About Choices, made with Capsoil’s patented technology that converts premium THC oil extract into pharma-grade nanometric powder for fast-acting products. Powder Nation also sells licensing and oil-to-powder conversion services to the cannabis and hemp industries. Hadas leads both B2C and B2B operations and oversees brand marketing, sales, product development and expansion efforts.

Prior to Powder Nation, Hadas worked for Walmart HQ in Bentonville, Arkansas as Merchandise Operations Manager overseeing financing and budgeting for a $700M category of the business. Hadas moved to the U.S. from Israel in 2009 and attended the University of Missouri where she graduated with a degree in International Marketing & Merchandising.
