A seasoned global business development executive, Eric joined FundCanna as Chief Operating Officer in November 2022. A cannabis industry veteran, having spent the past 4 years as Chief Revenue Officer at Dama Financial, Eric brings a wealth of industry knowledge, relationships and operational expertise to the Company. At Dama Eric was responsible for spearheading sales and driving revenue, building out and managing the national sales team, identifying and securing enterprise level strategic partnerships and all corporate development initiatives. Eric grew the company from pre-revenue the largest provider of banking and financial services in the industry.

Prior to joining Dama, Eric was Vice President, Financial Advisor at Bernstein Private Wealth Management responsible for providing investment and wealth planning advice to individuals and families and their trusts, estates, foundations, endowments and pension plans.

A recovering sports agent, Eric spent two decades in the sports and entertainment industry. He was the President at and a principal of PSE Management, a leading sports, entertainment and brand management and licensing agency. With his diverse background in entertainment and licensing, Eric led PSE’;s growth (culminating with the sale of the firm) from a boutique NFL representation firm, to a full-service management, marketing and licensing agency representing NFL players, coaches, entertainers and intellectual property.

Before spearheading efforts at PSE Management, Eric served as the Business Development Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Euronet Worldwide, a global provider of electronic payment and transaction processing solutions for financial institutions, retailers, service providers and individual consumers. Responsible for launching new business lines across existing distribution platforms, Eric spent more than 2 years living in and working across Central and Eastern Europe. An adept international manager, Eric was responsible for revenue growth in Romania, Greece, Czech Republic and Slovakia, along with establishing a presence in Turkey. Eric’s professional career began with Management Plus Enterprises, the firm that represented Shaquille O’Neal, Lisa Leslie, Oscar de la Hoya, among others.
