Duncan Cameron joined Figgro in 2022 as Chief of Cultivation and Government Affairs. Prior to joining Figgro Duncan was Chief Production Officer for Good Chemistry for 13 years.

Duncan Cameron is a senior executive with experience in controlled environment agriculture. Considered a master cultivator with experience in indoor cultivation design and construction, advanced plant biology, permitting, regulatory and environmental compliance and staff training and management. He developed and executed on national strategies and authored cultivation and production plans for cannabis businesses in Colorado, Massachusetts and Nevada. He designed sophisticated controlled environment systems, developed SOP’s for cultivation and production and recruited and trained staff.

In addition to his senior executive roles, Cameron has served as project manager for cultivation projects and participated in work groups in several States pertaining to issues ranging from science and policy, production management and sustainability. He spearheaded R&D and testing programs and managed multiple departments.

Cameron has a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University. He is a member of the International Society of Horticultural Sciences (ISHS), the Minority Cannabis Business Association (MCBA), the National Black Farmers Association (NBFA), the Colorado Farm Bureau and the Massachusetts Farm Bureau.
