Chris is a Principal in the Naples, Florida office of HBK CPAs & Consultants and has been with the firm since 1998. He is the National Director of the firm’s Cannabis Solutions Group.

As a founding member of HBK’s Cannabis Solution Group, Chris has been instrumental in the growth of HBK’s team of cannabis industry subject matter experts, now comprising 16-dedicated financial professionals.

Chris has experience working with closely held companies and their owners. He has worked extensively with clients in all facets of the cannabis and industrial hemp industry since 2014. Chris provides consulting, assurance, and business advisory services to clients across the United States and abroad.

He has presented at industry related conferences, prepared, and presented continuing professional education on accounting and financial aspects of the cannabis industry and served on various panels as a subject matter expert on the medical and adult use cannabis industries and the industrial hemp industry.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the Youngstown State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
