Chad Bronstein

Founder & CEO; Chairman & Co-Founder

Fyllo; Tyson 2.0

Throughout his career, Chad’s talents in fundraising, building go-to-market strategies, driving sales, leading mergers and acquisitions, and curating corporate partnerships has helped him identify opportunities in both established and emerging industries while creating significant corporate value and achieving profitability.

In the past three years, Chad founded three companies—Fyllo, Wesana, and Tyson 2.0—and successfully raised more than $100M across public and private markets.

Currently, Chad serves as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Fyllo, the leader in compliance-first SaaS solutions for highly regulated industries. As CEO of Fyllo, he led the company through two acquisitions, three funding rounds and 100% year-over-year growth. Today, companies across the cannabis supply chain rely on Fyllo’s compliance-first solutions to navigate the industry’s regulatory environment.

Chad also serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board for Tyson 2.0, legendary boxer Mike Tyson’s cannabis company, and Wesana Health (WSNAF), a life science company on a journey to treat traumatic brain injury and mental illness through psychedelics. In addition, he is an investor and partner in Kenan Thompson’s new talent management and production company, Artists for Artists (AFA).

Following his roles in executive sales at a series of tech firms including Citysearch, Bankrate, and Epic Marketplace, Chad joined Adconion Media Group as a regional sales director in 2011 where he was instrumental in scaling the company that led to its $235M sale. Building on this success, Chad was charged with integrating three companies—Adconion, Amobee, and Kontera—while managing the combined revenue operations. Under his leadership of the new company, Amobee grew dramatically in size and dominance.

Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Miami. He was recently recognized by AdAge and Crain’s Chicago Business among the “40 Under 40” business leaders of 2021.
