Ben has served as Rainbow Realty Group’s COO since November 2019.

Prior to joining Rainbow Mr. Bolanos was an Officer – Vice President at One Liberty Properties, Inc., (a Gould-family affiliate).  NYSE:OLP owns and manages a portfolio across 31 states. He structured and closed in excess of $700 million of acquisitions for the company. 

Prior to joining One Liberty Properties in 2012, Ben was an Associate at Boston based real estate private equity companies Panther Properties Investment and Compass Realty Associates. 

Mr. Bolanos received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Babson College.
