Senator Nelson Wants Margin Rates Raised On Oil Contracts (USO)

Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) has asked the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to raise margin rates on oil contracts.

Shares of United States Oil Fund LP ETF USO are off 39 cents to $41.01, a loss of 0.94%. The USO tracks the price of oil.
