B. Riley Downgrade Putting Pressure On Yahoo Inc.

shares are trading lower by $1.40 at $31.43 in Wednesday's session. Following a downgrade at B. Riley from Neutral to Buy and price target slashed from $50 to $35, the issue has been under selling pressure. After a lower open, it had a brief rally to $32.43 before continuing lower. So far, it has reached $31.23 and is not far off that level. The current low coincides with its October 7 low ($31.21).
