Speaking to Benzinga, Ascendiant Capital Senior Research Analyst Theodore R. O'Neill said that there was no way to know how Tesla Motors Inc TSLA will address range anxiety with a software update.
O'Neill indicated that he could not see how Tesla CEO Elon Musk would solve the issue since there is limited energy that can be put into a battery.
According to O'Neill, it was best to wait for the press conference to see what exactly the company has planned.

Tesla Motors Inc recently traded at $195.80, up 3.77 percent.
