In a report published Monday, Jefferies analyst David Windley reiterated a Hold rating on
HumanaHUM, and raised the price target from $117.00 to $126.00.
In the report, Jefferies noted, “Management's confidence in stable cost trend, ample trend bending runway, MA membership growth, and the company's positioning for an increasingly consumer-driven environment shone through on the road. Share repurchase is an action-step toward portfolio/balance sheet optimization. Guidance factors like MA margins, reinvestment in clinical programs, and ongoing capital deployment are coming on 3Q call. Raising PT to $126.”
Humana closed on Friday at $134.91.
