Jefferies Reiterates Buy Rating, $62 PT on eBay Ahead of Analyst Day

In a report published Wednesday, Jefferies analyst Brian Pitz reiterated a Buy rating and $62.00 price target on eBay

. In the report, Pitz noted, “eBay will hold its 2013 Investor / Analyst Day on Mar 28. We expect mgmt to discuss new initiatives in Marketplaces, growth drivers at PayPal, and the transformative impact of mobile on traditional commerce. We also believe eBay could raise its long-term financial targets given good momentum in all its businesses. In our view, the recent weakness in eBay stock is a buying opportunity. We reiterate our Buy and $62 PT.” eBay closed on Tuesday at $51.10.
