Dahlman Rose Reiterates Hold Rating on Republic Airways Holdings on Adjusted 1Q13 EPS Estimate
In a report published Friday, Dahlman Rose reiterated its Hold rating on Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET).
Dahlman Rose noted, “Republic Airways reported February traffic results for its fixed-fee business fell by 3.8% while its Frontier division reported a decline of 21%. Traffic results for the fixed-fee business were mostly in line with our estimate, but were lower than our estimate for Frontier. In addition, with fuel costs higher in February than our original estimate, we adjusted our 1Q13 estimate accordingly. As a result, we are now estimating EPS of $0.05, down from our prior estimate of $0.23. This compares to a loss of $0.15 per share in 1Q12 and the consensus estimate of $0.07.”
Republic Airways Holdings closed on Thursday at $10.48.
