Goldman Sachs initiated Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings
NCLH with a Neutral rating and a $28.00 price target.
Goldman Sachs commented, "The fundamental positives for NCLH are significant – high growth off of a small base with “new ship” premiums that boost net yield, North America focused (85% of customer base), a young fleet and senior management from outside the sector. We believe these attributes differentiate it from its peers CCL and RCL and give it fundamental appeal relative to the broader leisure group. However, current valuation and our concern that investor expectations are too high, keep us from a more positive view."
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings closed at $30.21on Tuesday.
