In a report published Monday, Jefferies & Company reiterated its Hold rating and $40.00 price target on Fidelity National Information Services
FIS.
Jefferies noted, “Earlier, FIS announced CFO Micheal Hayford will be retiring in 2013, and that the company is commencing an internal/external search for a replacement. Mr. Hayford is retiring after a 20-yr career at Metavante/FIS, and is likely to play an active role helping to select his successor. We believe the news is a modest incremental negative, given the Street's high regard for the departing CFO.”
Fidelity National Information Services closed on Friday at $36.16.
