, and slightly raised its price target from $82.00 to $83.00. Jefferies noted, “With the modified Champion bid likely to close by year-end, 2013 should mark a shift from portfolio integration to executing on productivity initiatives. We are raising our price target $1 to $83 and reiterate our Buy ratings.” Ecolab closed on Tuesday at $71.87.
