UPDATE: DA Davidson Upgrades Entropic Communications to Buy on Potential Design Win

DA Davidson raised its rating on Entropic Communications

from Neutral to Buy and increased its price target from $6.50 to $7. DA Davidson noted, "With the potential of a large design win in the future and continued adoption of MoCA 2.0 we are growing more optimistic about Entropic's long-term model. While we recognize there may still be some acquisition headwinds, we take the TWC potential as an indication the company can integrate the pieces and expand top and bottom line results." Clearwire closed at $2.69 on Monday.
