Jefferies & Company Reiterates Buy Rating, $39 PT for Tesla Motors

In a report published earlier today, Jefferies & Company, Inc. reiterated its Buy rating and $39.00 price target for Tesla Motors, Inc.

. Jefferies went on to say “If Apple made a car, this would be it. Our two behind the wheel test drives of the Model S confirmed our thesis that this is the best performing performance sedan under $100k. Our factory tour by the CTO, JB Straubel, and CFO, Deepak Ahuja, gives us confidence the 5000 unit sales target will be easily met.” Tesla Motors, Inc. closed on Friday at $32.19.
