UPDATE: Deutsche Bank Keeps Bazaarvoice at Buy, Raises PT to $27 on Robust Finish to Fiscal 2012

Share:

Deutsche Bank reiterates its Buy rating on Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ: BV) and raises its price target from $26 to $27.

Deutsche Bank notes, "In their first official earnings call, BV reported rev/EPS of $31.4m/($0.15) vs. their May 24 pre-announcement of $31m-$31.5m and consensus EPS of ($0.14). FY13 guidance (ex-PowerReviews acquisition) embeds growth of 30%, we believe with a healthy layer of conservatism after five years of super-60% growth. We believe the acquisition of PowerReviews (PR), which should close by July, creates a dominant force in this early stage market that gives BV a long runway ahead. With key new customer wins and 38% y/y customer adds, we reiterate our Buy rating."

BV closed at $16.36 on Wednesday.
