UPDATE: GHS Upgrades Heckmann to Buy

According to Global Hunter Securities, Heckmann (NYSE: HEK) is upgraded to Buy.

Global Hunter Securities said that Heckmann Corp. filed a $400MM universal shelf Tuesday, indicating to us that near-term equity dilution is unlikely and that any current financing will likely come in the form of credit. “Thus, we are upgrading our rating on Heckmann to Buy from Accumulate and maintain our $7.50 price target.”

Heckmann closed yesterday at $4.77.
