A report from Sterne Agee reiterates its Neutral rating and raises its FY11/12/13 EPS Estimate from $1.06/$1.30/$1.58 to $.93/$1.11/$1.41 on Aeropostale

. The report states, “ARO is expected to offer Q4 guidance on the call and comment on early holiday sales. We noted that ARO's promotion on BF was 60% off similar to last year and a bigger discount than offered at 40% off by American Eagle (AEO-$13.55-Neutral) all day and Abercrombie (ANF $46.93-NR) concepts after 9am with 50% off prior to 9am. Still, our checks were mixed with far greater traffic seen at its two key competitors.” ARO closed yesterday at $15.02.
