The report states, “Given the continued operational performance, current valuation, ongoing repurchase and insider purchases, and the significant increase in both M&A activity and investor interest across the US-listed China space, we are upgrading our rating to Neutral. With short interest remaining near historic highs, the material decline in share price, the reduction in average daily trading volume and the strong institutional presence; we feel that the stock is unlikely, barring another short attack, to trade materially lower in the near term”.
