Keefe, Bruyette & Woods is out with its report on Colony Financial Inc.'s CLNY 4Q10 Results, raising its price target to $22.

In the report, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods writes "CLNY reported 4Q EPS of $0.45, up from $0.35 in 3Q. Investments during 4Q totaled $50 million. Book value increased to $19.16 from $18.94 and fair value of assets increased to $21.56 from $20.99."
