Goldman Sachs Resumes Neutral Coverage on Non-Life Insurers (ALL, CB, WRB)
Goldman Sachs is out with a research report this morning, where it resumes its coverage of the Non-life Insurance sector with a Neutral. The GS analysts said that commercial lines trends are challenging, personal lines trends are better, but low yields are impacting the writers of both.
The analysts believe that Chubb Corp. (NYSE: CB) and Allstate Corp. (NYSE: ALL) are both companies that show value; they are both Buy rated. Chubb has a $67.00 price target and Allstate has a $37.00 price target.
The only stock in the space that is rated a Sell is W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB), which has a $27.00 price target.
