J.P. Morgan Maintains Estimates Of Mistras Group; FQ1 EPS In Line With Consensus
J.P. Morgan reports that it is maintaining its estimates of Mistras Group, Inc. (NYSE: MG).
“We maintain our F11-12 EPS and EBITDA estimates as general trends and end market conditions appear stable throughout the business,” J.P. Morgan writes, noting that its F11E EBITDA remains toward the lower end of guidance (and excludes the impact of future acquisitions) and therefore offers potential upside should acquisition activity accelerate as the year progresses.
“Our estimates assume ~80bps of margin expansion, driven primarily by cost controls and reduction in un-billable hours.”
Mistras Group currently trades for $11.50.
