•    The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated's CAKE shares declined 9.9% after the company revised its second-quarter sales forecast downward, predicting a decline of 1%, compared with prior guidance for a gain of 1% to 2%

•    Shares of John Wiley & Sons Inc JW.A surged 4.6% after reporting fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $0.82, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.66

•    Cavco Industries, Inc's CVCO shares gained 10.8% after posting fiscal-fourth quarter revenues of $198 million, up 11.7% year over year
