You wait for the ideal setup or level to get into a position, you see the move develop as you foresaw it, you don't take it for some unknown psychological reason, and the trade you would have taken goes exactly how you planned it to go.  You watch as the move rips, and the next thing you know, your monitor is in the hallway.
