KeyCorp. (NYSE: KEY), a small-cap regional banker, has gained 5.45% by afternoon trades to $5.8 on Thursday. The KeyCorp. (KEY) stock, which has run-up today by afternoon trades, however, continues to be in a bearish zone.
The fact that Keycorp. (KEY) stock has not gained on high volumes also leaves doubts that Keycorp. (KEY) stock may continue to remain slugglish in the medium term, and has little scope to surge further.
What Key Corp. needs is to have a change in the management at the top. What are they doing? They have fired all but two managers that came over from Union State Bank. Who do they hire? Yes people that did not make it at Citi,JPMorgan and others. What is left of the $2.9 Billion that came over from Ubion State?
They fire a Relationship Manager upstate New York. He is making all his goals but the Bank decided now thy want people with 5 years experience,he had 3 years.
