Netflix, Inc. NFLX shares are trading lower by $1.30 at $131.59 in Wednesday's session.

On Tuesday, the issue made a new all-time high at $135.40, but backed off to end the session at $132.89, which was nearly $1 shy of its all-time closing high made last Friday at $133.70.

Off the open, the issue found resistance just ahead of that level at $133.59 and began to decline. The ensuing decline breached Tuesday's low ($132.09), but found support ahead of Friday's low ($130.58). Since making that low, it has been struggling to remain in the $132.00 handle.

The company will report Q4 results after the bell. Street estimates are for EPS of $0.13 on revenues of $2.47 billion.
