JD.com Inc (ADR) JD shares are trading higher by $2.88 (13.6 percent) at $26.59 in Tuesday's session. Although the company missed by $0.04 for Q3 EPS, the Street is focusing on its revenue beat of just over $500 million.
Following a higher open, it retreated $0.40 to $25.29 before resuming its move higher. It has continued to make new highs for the session with the current one standing at $26.72.
That exceeds its October 25 high ($26.69), but is shy of its October 24 high at $27.12.
The issue is attempting to post it first close over $27.00 since October 10, when it ended the session at $27.30.
