Shorts Jammed After JM Smucker Q4, Stock Hitting All-Time Highs

J M Smucker Co SJM shares are trading higher by $9.82 at $142.53 in Thursday's session. The catalyst for the monster rally is huge Q4 beat of $0.66 with a slight beat for revenues. The company guided the Street much higher for FY 2017.

Its $7+ higher open at $139 has turned out to be the low for the session. That was over $6 higher than its former all-time high of $132.64 that was made in April.

Since the open, it has continued to make new highs for the day, with the current one standing at $142.83.
