Autodesk Falters After Q1 EPS Beat

Autodesk, Inc. ADSK shares are trading lower by $1.38 (2.2 percent) at $56.14 in Friday's session. Despite a Q1 EPS beat of $0.04 along with a slight revenue, the Street is focusing on its lower Q2 EPS and sales guidance.

After a higher open, it rallied to $57.98, which was just shy of Thursday's high ($58.24), before reversing course. The swift decline took the issue to $55.35 before rebounding back into the $56 handle. The current low is just above its April 12 of $55.07.
