Relyspa Inc RLYP shares are trading higher by $3.20 (13 percent) at $20.66 in Thursday's session. The issue has been all over the map since takeover rumors surfaced on April 7, sending the issue from its August 6 close ($14.51) to as high as $25.60 before falling back to settle at $24.32.
It consolidated at the $22 area for a few days, before rumors of no deal coming forward sent the issue back under $18. After putting a total of four lows in the $17 area, it once again embarked on another rally in today's session, with no news on the issue being available at this time.
The rally has found resistance just shy of its April 15 high ($21.45), with the current high standing at $21.35.
