shares are trading lower $$0.35 at $12.50 in Wednesday's session. The Street is not reacting positively to the company's raised 2015 guidance and special $1B dividend. After a brief pop in premarket trading over $13, it was unable to clear Tuesday's close ($12.85), only reaching $12.84 off the opening bell. The ensuing decline has eclipsed the former low of the down move ($12.50), reaching $12.38 before reboundng to its current level. That marks the lowest level for the issue since it bottomed during the August 24 Flash Coach at $10.44.
