shares are trading lower by $1.72 at $106.30 in Friday's session. After a lower open, it rallied and found resistance above Thursday close ($108.02), reaching $108.25 before reversing course. So far, the decline has found intra-day support at $105.78 and it has rebounded into the $106 handle.
